Biography: Virinder Singh is an accomplished filmmaker with two feature-length documentaries on Punjabi sub-culture and over 20 short films and music videos showcased worldwide. Recently, he served as production manager for “Get Up Aisha” and “It’s My Anxiety.” His latest project, “Jersey Boy,” won the Whistler pitch competition and is in post-production. A member of the Directors Guild of Canada since 2016, Virinder has worked on major productions with Disney, Paramount, Netflix, CBC, and Amazon. He is developing several IPs, including a Sci-Fi children’s TV show and an immigrant story set in 1980s Edmonton, reflecting his family’s experiences.
