Biography: Kerel Pinder is a Bahamian Icon Award-winning producer, TEDx speaker, and founder of Island Dreams Management and Productions. A passionate storyteller, she uses media to inspire, educate, and empower. Kerel holds degrees in Psychology and Communication, and a Certificate in Screenwriting. She’s written eight stage plays, produced three documentaries, and created the TV series Easy Love. Through the Star Film Institute, which she founded, she has helped develop nationally recognized content and emerging talent. As Chairman of The Bahamas Tourism Development Corporation, she advocates for creative industry growth. Kerel is driven by a mission to elevate Caribbean stories and creators.
